Last month saw Team Mongoose on site and on course at the AJ Bell London Triathlon for the second consecutive year activating the title sponsorship for AJ Bell.
Taking place around London, competitors navigated their way around iconic landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye finishing at the ExCeL Centre, exactly four years to the day since the venue saw Anthony Joshua secure a medal at London 2012.
The event allows over one hundred of AJ Bell’s key clients and guests the opportunity to participate in the world’s largest triathlon in front of nearly 30,000 spectators.
The influence of the Mongoose Triathlon Team could be seen as the AJ Bell Piglets made their debut at the event, creating a familiar feel around the swim course in line with the overall event objectives. This activation was the first of its kind in the sport of triathlon as the AJ Bell Piglets replaced the generic swim buoys, and they were extremely well received by both those in attendance and across social media as athletes and fans alike welcomed the latest additions to the Stocky family!
A huge congratulations to all those who participated in the 2016 AJ Bell London Triathlon especially Laura Pollard, Tabitha Fox, James Hughes-Mulligan and Tom Shaw from the Mongoose Team who competed in the final wave of the weekend.
Well done guys, same again next year!
