THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL FOR BUSINESS TEAMS UP WITH GENERATE FOR 2016 EVENT

The International Festival for Business (IFB), the largest global concentration of business events, today has announced the appointment of Generate, a leading sponsorship agency to shape the commercial platform of the festival ahead of the 2016 event.

IFB2016, a government led festival that will runs across three weeks in June 2016, will attract business delegates and trade intermediaries from around the world. Business focused events range from sectors such as manufacturing, financial services, digital, higher education, technology, and energy and act as a place where new international and domestic business to business relationships are created.

Ian McCarthy, IFB Festival Director said, “The IFB will play an important part in supplier’s ambition to rebalance the UK economy and secure international trade and investment. In order to make the festival a success, it’s essential that we have the rights tools in place to attract high profile brands to support the event. With Generate’s help we are looking forward to securing partners seeking to enhance their international profile and offering them an effective partnership package.”

Andy Muggleton, Managing Partner of Generate said “Over the course of the next 18 months, Generate will be working closely with the IFB to help them deliver a platform for potential partners and sponsors and shape the festivals position within the business arena. We are delighted to be working with the IFB team and look forward to engaging with leaders of industry from the UK about this exciting opportunity.”
