Get to know our newcomer Freddie who joins the Mongoose team as an Account Coordinator... 

Why did you want to work for Mongoose?

Having contemplated a career in sports marketing for a while, I was aware of the agency and its excellent pedigree! The opportunity to work with world renowned clients such as The North Face and New Balance was obviously a big pull, but I knew that Mongoose was the place for me after speaking with my now colleagues here about the incredible team atmosphere at the company – I knew this would be the best place for me to build my career, and I’m grateful for this fantastic opportunity. 

Tell us a bit more about you, where you have come from and what your studied?

I was born and raised in Fulham;  a stone’s throw away from Stamford Bridge. I studied Theology at Edinburgh before doing a post graduate diploma in Law at BPP University, a career in sports marketing was clearly the obvious next step!

Where do you consume your news?

I love a physical newspaper on the weekends, but mainly for the crossword. My main sources of news are Twitter and Instagram.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

In a word: football! I’m either playing the beautiful game or following my beloved Chelsea around the country. Aside from sports, I love my food so I spend a lot of evenings trying to find my new favourite place to eat.

Favourite sport and team?

If it wasn’t already obvious, football and Chelsea FC!
