Why did you want to work for Mongoose?

Having gained good previous experience in PR and with a long-term ambition to work with sports, a move to Mongoose was a no-brainer. I had been aware of the agency long before I joined and had been massively attracted by the clients and the large-scale campaigns that Mongoose have undertaken. Having learned more about the company in the interview process it was clear Mongoose would be the ideal place to settle and progress my career. 

Tell us a bit more about you, where you have come from and what your studied?

I was born and raised in Northampton – wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t know it. 

Being half-Polish, I visited Poland a lot growing up which gave me an interest in Eastern Europe, something that led me to study history at the University of Manchester. However, history was never my main interest and a career related to sports was always the main goal.  

Where do you consume your news?

It currently being the transfer window Fabrizio Romano’s Twitter feed is a key source of info for me at the moment. Other than that, my main news sources are often the key media outlets like BBC News and SKY.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

In my spare time, reading about and watching sports often dominants my time, with football primarily being the sport of focus. Outside of sport, you’ll probably find me in the pub or a restaurant.

Favourite sport and team?                                                                                                                        

My favourite sport if you’d hadn’t figured is football. From a very young age my dad gave me no choice but to support Chelsea – not that he ever needs to apologise for that!
