Get to know the latest member of our ranks, ben Seymour, who joins the commercial team as a Senior Account Manager. 

Why did you want to work for Mongoose? 

It was the diversity of the commercial portfolio, and the entrepreneurial mindset that really resonated with me. How you have an opportunity to grow and own your own part of the business rather than having a ceiling of opportunity.

Tell us a bit more about you, where you have come from and what you studied? 

I come from a footballing background, I studied Football Studies with business at Southampton Solent. I have worked both on and off the pitch at various football clubs including Brighton & Hove Albion, Crystal Palace and West Ham.

Where do you consume your news?

I  always have Sky Sports news on in the background, sometimes I must put it on mute when working though because you hear the same story about 10 times!

What do you like to do in your spare time? 

I have 2 young kids, so they keep me on my toes, but when I have got some spare time, I am hacking it around a golf course! 

Your favourite sport and team? 

Football is my love, it may be a bit controversial, but I am a country over club person! I absolutely love it when the Euros or World Cup is on! Even though it ends in disappointment and a tear! 

However, Bristol Rovers are my club team, which may help you understand why I like my country more ..!
