CHALLENGE

As the only NFL team committed to the UK, the Jacksonville Jaguars wanted to grow their UK fanbase – not only engaging existing NFL fans but reaching new audiences beyond the sport.

SOLUTION

The team created fun and sharable video content that both engaged existing fans and introduced new fans to the sport – explaining points, rules, positions and much more.

We recruited Peter Crouch, a popular UK football personality, to broaden content reach into the UK football community.

We also ensured strong association to the team by incorporating Jaguars alumni players Mark Brunell and Tony Boselli.

RESULT

Coverage of 'That Peter Crouch American Football Show' was gained in top publications including I News, SPORT BIBLE and Sky Sports – this generated 66 million opportunities to see.

The content series also generated 2.2 million social media impressions and over 20k engagements – resulting in strong 10% engagement rate.

Overall the content achieved over 1 million completed video views.
