Mongoose were selected by MSC Cruises to activate its new partnership with Chelsea FC. The challenge was to come up with a creative content campaign that would amplify the brands key messages, whilst highlighting the synergies between the two brands.
We created the ‘Out of Office’ campaign to achieve this, as well as, working in alignment with the brand’s ‘WAVE’ promotion.
The campaign was spearheaded by a social media content series, featuring Chelsea captains Cesar Azpilicueta and Magdalena Eriksson, and legends Joe Cole and Katie Chapman, speaking about their travel tales and taking part in holiday themed challenges.
The mini-series was developed and strategically distributed through paid and organic channels to engage the target audience.
We took the lead on developing the creative brief, he creative assets for the client’s comms landscape and finally the live roll out of the campaign. As well as coordinating the campaign across MSC Cruises external agency network, internal stakeholders and Chelsea FC.
