Challenge: Alzheimer’s Society were looking to take their flagship fundraising platform Memory Walk to the next level to become one of the top 3 fundraising platforms in the UK. Having attracted some brands to the Walks historically, they asked Mongoose to help better understand and structure their proposition to help attract new partners.
Solution: We delivered a new partnership framework and recommended a go to market strategy to help deliver against the new structure. Having presented the recommendations, value proposition and key target sectors, the Society engaged us to take the opportunity to market and deliver.
Results: Secured a new 3-year headline partner in the first 5 months with Iceland Foods, doubling the historic annual income and giving longer term opportunity for growth. We also secured Capita as a new second tier partner to the Walks.
